Kim is a devoted mother to three young daughters. She began her yoga practice to bring peace and balance to both her mind and body. Kim knew from an early age that she wanted to help others find a healthier and positive outlet. Her time spent on the mat helps her navigate though her daily life. Kim started her training at AFAA in 2008 and has continued her studies at Kripalu. Extensive travel has added to her well rounded styles and techniques.

Britni first practiced yoga when she was 14, just expecting to get a good workout and she fell in love. Eventually discovering more than just the asana of the practice she began to fall in love with the spirituality of the practice and the connection of the body to the mind. Practicing all over the jersey shore she decided she wanted to bring more meaning to her practice by sharing it with others. She went through a 200 hour teacher training at the center for health and healing getting trained in Hatha yoga and dove deeper into the meaning of yoga. Britni hopes to change lives by giving people the gift of yoga through out her own personal journey.

Daniel Abbott E-RYT is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor, mathematician, multimedia artist, and trans-lineage esotericist. He is the founder of Kala Pravinya Yoga. His Yoga-Related Certifications include a 200 hr Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Certification through Brahma Yoga (a traditional yoga school with roots traced to Satyananda Yoga) and a 200 hr Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Certification through Beth Shaw’s Yogafit (a dynamic vinyasa style with a heavy emphasis on conscious business practices and philanthropy). Daniel offers not only classes and workshops congruent with the Kala Pravinya Yoga style and philosophy, but also a Yoga Alliance Approved 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (offered at at both local and non-local locations)..
200-RYT. As a Libra who knows the importance of maintaining balance in life, yoga was my answer. Seeking balance brought me to yoga ten years ago, and that sought after balance is what keeps me there. I like to think of yoga as the dance of the heart, exhibited through asanas, carried by the breath. Every movement, every moment, counts. There is a long road of learning ahead, and it’s the journey that counts.
Erin Peluso, Yoga Prosperity Coach, sought after Yoga Teacher, creator of the Align&Flow Yoga Teacher Training and co-owner of Lotus Lounge Yoga, a mobile yoga service, loves sharing this practice with as many people as she can. After leaving her corporate gig in fashion where she felt burnt out and unhappy, she left on a lone trip to India where she realized she could do anything she wanted, as long as she put her mind to it. She found Yoga after she experienced anxiety attacks and needed a coping mechanism for stress. It has saved her everyday from there forth. She strives to make yoga accessible to everyone, loves alignment and the philosophy aspect for it gives guidelines to happiness and brings one closer to their true Self.

Yoga unexpectedly found its way into Justina’s life in 2012. Having just opened a business and experiencing extreme chaos, Justina was searching for a sense of calmness and tranquility. One hot yoga class and she was hooked. Having met two great teachers and soon to be friends, her love and knowledge for yoga deepened. Through extreme asanas and balances, she found mental focus and clarity. After having a sweet baby boy in January 2014, she decided to take her passion for yoga and the well-being of others to the next step. After completing her training in 2015, Justina graduated from the Bodhi Yoga Academy with her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification. Justina hopes to inspire and awaken the hearts of others through sharing her practice with the world.
Amy was introduced to yoga through her training in Theatre and it has been a part of her life ever since. A serious practitioner of mantra & meditation, she draws inspiration from her love of eastern philosophy mainly Tibetan Buddhism. Intrigued by the sitting posture of Buddha, Amy often felt drawn to feel the peace Buddha experienced. In her heart awakened, the path of yoga has limitless healing potential that benefits the mind, body, and spirit. Known for her warm and approachable style of teaching, she encourages students to find their own unique expression. To Amy, the asana practice in not about the reaching the most advanced postures, but rather connecting to your authentic self on the mat and weaving that into daily life. Though teaching is her passion, Amy remains a student at heart, she is grateful to all the teachers past and present who have guided her along the way. She currently resides in New Jersey, where she teaches private and public lessons. Amy received her 200hr VinyasaYoga Certification from Even Flow Yoga. Additional education includes a B.A. in Theatre from Marymount Manhattan College and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Monmouth University.
Sarah first started practicing yoga in 2003 when experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. She discovered first-hand the powerful healing effects and claims that drove her to practice were indeed true. Sarah wanted to dig deeper into the practice of yoga and share it with others. She completed her 200hr training of Classical Vinyasa Yoga in the Ashtanga lineage at Dhyana Yoga (2013). She then graduated from 500hr training of Classical Vinyasa Yoga and Level 1 Comprehensive Yoga Therapy at Yoga Life Institute (2015). Sarah is continuing her studies to become a 1000hr certified yoga therapist. Her vinyasa flow classes are challenging yet accessible and breath-based. Sarah’s drive for her classes is to offer a sense of stillness in the face of adversity, or a challenging yoga posture. Inhale and xhale.
