Yin/Yang

Our Yin/yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. Bringing together the benefits of passively holding poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.

Class begins with slow-paced asanas (postures) that are held anywhere from 3-5 minutes to allow the body and the mind to relax, increase flexibility and bring harmony to the body.

The second half of class incorporates more active postures that help strengthen the muscles and allow the practitioner to build both mental and physical stamina.

All levels welcome and modifications are encouraged.

All Levels Of Experience Are Welcome.
Private Classes Are Also Available.
