How To Prepare For Our Yoga Classes

Hydration
Hydrationis one of the most important things you can do. Begin the night before all the way up until class begins.
Rule of thumb: you need half your body weight in ounces of water to maintain hydration in your body. We sell Coconut water which is delicious and an excellent source for hydration after class. Eat light a at least an hour before class. Fruit, yogurt or fresh fruit smoothies.

Arrive 20 minutes before class.
Check in and allow your self some time to chat with friends, or quietly enter the yoga room and begin your own personal meditation.

What to wear.
Yoga pants, yoga shorts and and sports bras are recommended. We offer an amazing local designer yoga wear. Good fit and great coverage, breathable and fabulous designs.

What to bring.
Remember to bring your own mat. If you do not have one we can rent one to you. We also have some amazing mats and towel covers for sale. Just remember to bring your towels to cover your mats hydrate and enjoy your yoga experience.

Consult Your Doctor
Always consult your doctor before beginning  especially if you are under a doctors care. Get the ok first from them. Feel free to talk to your yoga guide with any ailments. We can show you any modifications. We are going to encourage you to do each pose to the best of your ability. Follow our instructions, do the poses to the best of your ability for that day, and never push yourself into pain.

DHARMA

Based on the teachings of Dharma Mittra. Fast paced with a focus on meditative movement.

VINYASA

Each individual teacher brings their unique style and interpretation of the Flow Class. Vinyasa translates to “Breath synced with movement”. All levels welcome and modifications are encouraged.

BLAZIN 26

Traditional hot yoga flow resembling the Bikram/Barkan methods. This detoxifying class consists of the same 26 poses during each session with pranayama breathing exercises. Breathe into and stretch your muscles with out chance of injury. Heat and Humidity soften the collagen around the joints allowing circulation of oxygenated blood to muscles thus burning more fat. All levels welcome.

BLAZIN 26 EXPRESS (Shortened Class)
